Returns:

VENZI stands behind our products.  We offer a seven (7) day return policy from the date of product delivery for purchases shipped to U.S. addresses.  International purchases cannot be returned or exchange at this time. Items are accepted for refund, store credit, or item exchange in the U.S. if returned in sellable condition within seven (7) days of receipt, accompanied by original packaging and any gift with purchase.  Some exclusions apply.  Pieces with signs of wear, damage or alterations (like engraving, embossing or resizing) cannot be returned or exchanged.  Or made to order custom pieces.   All return and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.  

Shipping:

VENZI offers free 2-3 day shipping to the U.S.  on all orders.  Weekday overnight delivery to US addresses is available for $20.
